Refund and Return policy
We will refund for any doa items including items lost due to shipping delay. In the event that a shipment gets delayed please accept the late shipment. It is surprising how well items can fare. Then simply email us the details along with a photo of the losses. We will replace any items that expire within the ten day period in a future shipment that qualifies for free shipping. DOA items can be credited to your card provided that we are notified within 12 hours of the arrival time of the shipment.
We accept returns provided that the items are unopened. You may request a return authorization (RA) number by emailing to email@example.com. Returns are sent at the customers expense and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
