Refund and Return policy
We will refund for any doa items including items lost due to shipping delay. In the event that a shipment gets delayed please accept the late shipment. It is surprising how well items can fare. Then simply email us the details along with a photo of the losses.DOA items can be credited to your card provided that we are notified within 12 hours of the arrival time of the shipment.

STORE CREDIT: We will replace any items that expire within the ten day period in a future shipment that qualifies for free shipping.
We accept returns provided that the items are unopened. You may request a return authorization (RA) number by emailing to email@example.com. Returns are sent at the customers expense and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
